Westcotec secures a place on national transport technology framework
Westcotec, the UK’s leading manufacturer of active road safety systems, is proud to announce that it has been awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6347 Transport Technology and Associated Services Framework – Lot 8e.
This achievement marks a significant milestone for the company and recognises the innovation, expertise and dedication of the entire Westcotec team.
The RM6347 framework provides public sector organisations with access to suppliers delivering advanced, data-driven transport technology solutions. It supports the UK’s ongoing efforts to modernise and digitalise transport networks, helping local authorities and agencies create smarter, safer and more sustainable systems for all road users.
Being part of the framework allows Westcotec to contribute to national projects focused on real-time traffic monitoring, smart ticketing systems, EV charging infrastructure, AI-powered traffic control and predictive maintenance tools – all designed to improve efficiency and reduce congestion on the country’s roads.
Westcotec managing director Chris Spinks, explained that being part of the framework would allow Westcotec to contribute to a number of exciting national projects. “We are thrilled to have secured our place.
